Sign up for the preferred client program! With the preferred client program your pet will have a standing appointment at a select time interval (example: every 4 weeks) and priority holiday scheduling. You will also receive a 10% discount and a reminder of your scheduled appointment.
Your pet’s comfort is my priority and I strive to make sure that grooming is a positive experience. I will not attempt to de-mat a severely matted animal. It is too painful and inhumane for both the pet and the groomer. Severely matted pets will need to be given a shave down and I will recommend a grooming schedule for your pet to help maintain future hair growth. For pets that are matted but do not need to be shaved, there will be an additional charge for de-matting.

Aggressive or destructive animals need not apply for stardom.
For health and safety reasons, I reserve the right to refuse service to sick, injured or aggressive animals. Thank you for understanding.
It is important to ensure the health and safety of all my pet clients, so I reserve the right to refuse to groom a flea infested pet. All pets with a flea infestation must be pre-treated with a spot-on (Frontline, Advantage, etc) at lease two days prior to grooming or given a CapStar a day prior to grooming. These products are available at most pet stores and from your veterinarian.
